These terms govern use of this website. A booking is formed only when scope, price and payment terms are confirmed separately in writing.

Information, not a binding offer

Website packages, fees, schedules and availability are illustrative and may change. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or payment obligation.

Fees and quotations

Journeys are quoted on a single published rule: a fixed planning fee of ¥1,000 per itinerary, plus a service fee of 20% on the cost of services booked on your behalf. Supplier costs are passed through at cost and itemised in your written quotation, which is issued before anything is booked. Where the rule shown here differs from the rule stated in your quotation, the quotation governs.

Health information

Health and Traditional Chinese Medicine content is general information, not diagnosis, emergency guidance or a substitute for advice from a qualified physician. Medical decisions remain between you and the relevant licensed provider.

Third-party services

Hospitals, practitioners, guides, hotels, transport providers and other suppliers remain responsible for their own regulated or professional services. Final proposals should identify the applicable suppliers and cancellation terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or interfere with other visitors. Automated abuse may be blocked.

Unless otherwise credited, website copy and design belong to SZ Concierge. Third-party photography and video remain subject to their respective licences and ownership.
