Information we collect

The enquiry form may collect your name, email address, travel window and general service interests. Please do not submit medical records or sensitive health details through the website form.

How we use it

We use this information to reply, prepare a proposal, prevent abuse and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Cloudflare processes website traffic and security checks. Enquiries may be forwarded to the CRM, email or workflow provider configured by SZ Concierge. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their service.

Website analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate, cookieless traffic statistics. If you choose “Allow analytics”, we also load Google Analytics 4, which uses first-party _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies (default expiry: up to two years) to distinguish users and sessions, and processes page interactions, referring pages, approximate location, and browser or device information. No data is sent to Google before you consent; advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals remain disabled. You can change your choice at any time through “Analytics settings”. Retention and security

Unsuccessful enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up and security, normally no longer than 12 months. Confirmed bookings may require longer retention for contractual or legal obligations. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
